Instructions for completion

Enter your details and itemise and value your goods by selecting the rooms in your current property and completing each section accordingly.

You should enter the total value for each of the item categories and the number of items in that category, i.e. in the example below, you would be  declaring one bedroom suite of value $500 and 2 lamps with a total value of $200 for both lamps.

When estimating the value of your goods:

• Ensure that you estimate the cost of new goods of similar type
